The spring season of mushrooms hunting has officially started, with smrčki or mavrahi, Morchella -Yellow Morel. This edible mushrooms can be found all over the world, inclusive in Slovenian forests and appreciated for their taste. Taste that has to enjoyed just after cooking, due to the small quantity of hydrazine that morels contain.
